Not A Number goes to Cannes
With this year’s Cannes Film Festival now upon us, the French Riviera is braced for the arrival of some of the industry’s biggest and most influential movers and shakers. Not to be outdone, Not A Number will be sending two of its very own accredited representatives to take in the best that the 12-day event has to offer.
Thanks to the kind assistance of North West funding group Vision + Media, company directors Simeon Halligan and Rachel Richardson Jones will be in attendance to meet with festival vistors and help raise the profile of the group, as well as its latest flagship feature SPLINTERED.
It has been an exciting 12 months for the company, which has not only seen anticipation built for Splintered’s launch in July later this year, but has also created a brand new horror and sci-fi festival in Manchester, England. After a successful opening year, it has already been confirmed there will be a second GRIMM UP NORTH! event in October 2010 and what better way for the company behind it to get some extra inspiration than by visiting one of the world’s most celebrated industry events.
So, look out for us at the Cannes Film festival and expect to see some updates here on some of the discoveries the event brings with it.
